Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

 Depart from Marrakech and climb into the High Atlas Mountains, stopping at scenic viewpoints and traditional Berber villages. Explore the iconic Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed kasbah with rich cinematic history. Continue through Ouarzazate and the scenic Rose Valley before reaching Dades Valley for dinner and an overnight stay amid dramatic rock formations.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, visit the stunning Todra Gorge, with its towering cliffs and palm-lined river. Continue through desert towns, fertile oases, and ancient irrigation systems, arriving in Merzouga by afternoon. Take a camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset, then enjoy a traditional dinner and Berber music in your desert camp under the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga – Desert Exploration – Nomads – Camel Trek

Rise early for a magical sunrise over the dunes. Begin a 4×4 desert exploration around Merzouga, visiting nomadic families to learn about their traditional lifestyle over a cup of mint tea. Explore a nearby village known for its musical heritage, and walk through vibrant palm groves. In the late afternoon, take another camel ride across the dunes, then return to the desert camp for dinner, music, and stargazing.

Day 4: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Middle Atlas – Ifrane – Fes

After breakfast, leave the desert and journey north through the lush Ziz Valley. Continue through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas, spotting Barbary monkeys along the way, and stop in Ifrane, known for its alpine architecture. Arrive in Fes in the late afternoon, concluding your 4-day desert adventure.
